A letter from a traditional authority confirming that an individual is permitted to reside on the land, signed by the relevant traditional authority and stamped with a stamp issued by government

Less than three months old

A letter from an employer, on the employer’s letterhead, confirming that an individual resides on premises owned by the employer, dated and signed by an authorised signatory / HR department

A Declaration completed by your landlord confirming your residential address if you have no lease agreement
